Livefoods4u are back to work after the Bank Holiday – back to dispatching all your orders, please allow for up to 5 days for your orders to arrive.

Due to the Queens funeral and bank holiday on 19th September, we wont be dispatching on that day, so all orders after 1pm on Friday 16th September will be dispatched on the following Tuesday.

The Royal Mail are striking again on Thursday 8th & Friday 9th September.
Which means if you choose the Royal Mail shipping option after 1pm on Tuesday they will not arrive till the following Monday.
So we are letting you choose the next day courier service which is available Monday – Thursday for £7 for orders under £75 and free for orders over £75.

Due to the Summer Bank Holiday, all orders placed after 1.00pm on Friday 26th August will be sent on the following Tuesday. Thank you for your patience.

Anymore orders will now be dispatched on Monday 6th June.

May Day holiday affects deliveries. All orders placed after 1.30pm on Friday 29th April, will not be dispatched until Tuesday 3rd May. See full dispatch above.

As many of you may already know the cold weather is on its way. This always makes it difficult for posting livefoods and we try and get them to you in the best condition we can. Please make sure to warm up your insects upon receiving if they appear inactive. Simply place them near a hot radiator for a couple of hours and you should soon see them come around. Also consider trying different alternatives to crickets when the weather gets really cold as these always travel worse than other insects such as locusts.

On Black Friday Royal mail orders will be dispatching as normal but APC orders will be sent the following Tuesday to avoid Currier congestion.
