At livefoods4u we try our very best to ensure your livefoods arrive as safe and quick as possible. However as many of you know this time of year can be perilous for insects and although we put measures in place using heat packs and insulation for certain orders there can still be some fatalities. Crickets and morio worms are especially susceptible to the cold weather. so to avoid disappointment and your reptiles having to go without food we ask, why not try regular mealworms instead of morios? or locusts instead of crickets? on our site you will find all sorts of varieties to meet your needs! thanks
